* Recipe:
5 cups of Vegetable or Beef stock
2 potatoes
4 carrots
1 small onion
4 garlic cloves
1 yellow squash
1 cup roasted red peppers chopped
2 cups of noodles
1 can of chick peas drained and rinsed
1 can of red beans drained and rinsed
salt and pepper to taste
sriracha to taste (optional)
